Hi! I'm Courtney, an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a diverse 9-year background in medicine. I opened my practice with a vision to guide patients toward optimal health and vitality, providing discrete personalized, proactive and convenient healthcare with a special focus on wellness, disease prevention and industry leading medical weight loss treatments. 

My own weight loss journey shedding 80 (yes eighty!) pounds ignited my deep passion for educating others on incorporating consistent healthy lifestyle choices and the availability of well researched medications and cutting edge treatments that can help us achieve our goals when results plateau and other roadblocks occur.

As someone who has experienced firsthand the challenges and triumphs of transforming my health, mind and body, I can relate to the unique journey each of my patients face. My mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate evidence-based care tailored to each person's specific needs and goals through in-office and telemedicine visits serving the greater Tampa Bay Area, The Villages and beyond.
